Twins Youth Baseball Camp
A Dream...fulfilled
Crabby Patty
One evening at dinner, Eric asked if he could make a REAL crabby patty of his very own. The boys love the show Spongebob and I guess he makes crabby patties....so they had to tell me what the ingredients were and I ran to the store to pick up the crabby items. In reality, it is a hamburger with cheese, lettuce, a purple onion, mustard, ketchup and pickles. Eric was so excited about this venture! He lifted it up...took a bite...and hated it! he he he he Off came all the items except the ketchup and cheese. It wasn't a favorite family dinner by the kids' standards, but we had a great time making dinner as a family!
P.S. Charlie and I enjoyed the crabby patties much more than they did!
Our First Baby is 9!
It wouldn't be Jake's birthday without a baseball birthday cake! Years ago it was always trucks and construction vehicles, however, since his birthday is in the spring he gets pretty excited about the baseball season. In this picture are the neighborhood kids who are almost like family! These kids have been friends since they were born.
Tradition!

It has been a family tradition to go to a Twins game every year for Jake's birthday. This year, it was pretty special...It was the last time this tradition takes place in the Metrodome. The Twins are getting a new outdoor stadium next year. As always, we had a great time and the boys actually made it for 11 innings. Unfortunately, the Twins lost this game, but we had a blast anyway!
